Instrument-assisted soft tissue mobilization that enables clinicians to effectively detect and treat scar tissue and restrictions that affect normal function. Graston uses six stainless steel tools. Even though, I mostly use two tools. Tried the STARR tool and it doesn't come close to picking up the vibration.
I love using Graston in my office with all of the athletes and believe it or not a lot of my medicare patients. It works wonders on frozen shoulders. I would recommend Graston and ART together they work hand in hand. It is worth the money.
