My partners and I have been through his program more than three times, the advanced course (annual scientific conference), and the crash seminar where you actually perform human subject crash testing. And yes, we will take it again next year. Why would we continue to take the program, because the research is always changing, and the information is deep. Although Biofreeze seems to be the mainstay of topical cryotherapy products, I have to admit I like another product better.

A newer product on the scene known as Cryoderm is stronger and seems to provide longer pain relief. However, it is too powerful for some patients, so I carry both Biofreeze and Cryoderm in the office. Patients seem to prefer the Cryoderm about 2 to 1.

That being said, Biofreeze seems more eager to work with chiropractors when it comes to office promotions and doing handouts for runs, golf tournaments etc...

After utilizing multiple instruments in practice such as activator, Impulse, and Pulstar, we settled on trying the Arthrostim in our practice, and were blown away by the completeness of the instrument. Not only can you change the firing rate from 1,3,6,or 12 impulses per second, you can vary the pressure manually or with an adjustment knob from 1lb to 40 lbs. We utilize it for spinal and extremity adjustments as well as soft tissue work, and patients love it. Quite frankly it works so well that we immediately purchased two more for the office. The product is excellent and we haven't had one problem with it.
